I’m here to support you every step of the way during your Website in 2 Weeks. Since sprints move fast, here’s how to reach me for quick feedback or questions.
During your 2 week design sprint:
→ I check messages throughout the day and aim to respond within a few hours (during business hours).
→ For task-specific updates, leave a comment inside your Moxie portal.
→ For anything general or unrelated to a task, you can email me at andrea@breathecreatedesign.com
→ Please include "URGENT" in the subject line if something needs same-day attention.
We begin on Monday of your scheduled week. All prep (copy, images, logins) must be uploaded by the Friday before to avoid delays.
If we don’t have everything we need by Friday, your project will be rescheduled for the next available slot, and a restart fee of $250 will be due.
I’ll send updates and request quick feedback - just keeo an eye on your inbox. You don’t need to be glued to your screen!
Nope! I’ll be designing everything in my own Showit account first. When we’re ready to launch, I’ll send you a referral link to sign up — that way, you get your full free month once the site is transferred to you (if you are a new Showit user)
Yes—light revisions are welcome! Just reply to the daily update email or drop a note in your portal.
Use the Prep Guide checklist to stay on track. You’ll also find a shared folder structure and a Copy Roadmap to help guide your writing. If anything feels unclear, just message me in your portal — I’ll take a look and advise before your sprint begins.
I’ve included everything you need in your Client Portal — including templates, folder structure, and content guides. If you’d like more hands-on help (like a strategy call or copywriting support), I offer add-ons or referrals — just let me know.
You’ll get reminder emails for each phase of the prep work, so you never feel behind. Your Prep Guide PDF and portal layout also walk you through it week by week.
Larger changes or new pages may fall outside of scope and will be quoted separately. I’ll always flag this before moving forward.

Absolutely. I include a walkthrough video so you know how to update your text, images, and buttons on Showit.
Showit has a version history, and I’m here for support within your launch window. If it’s after that, I offer hourly options for small fixes.
Yes - your site includes basic on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, image naming). If you want an in-depth strategy, I’m happy to refer you.
Yes! Just upgrade your Showit plan and I can help you set it up as a separate mini project.
If an emergency comes up, reach out as soon as possible. I’ll try to accommodate where I can, but please note that rescheduling may mean waiting for the next open slot and will incur a restart fee.
I include 48 hours of post-launch support to help with light revisions or bug fixes. You’ll also get a walkthrough video so you can confidently update your site on your own. After that, I offer hourly support if needed.
